Kaylee has one addiction: her very hot, very popular boyfriend, Nash. A banshee like Kaylee, Nash understands her like no one else. Nothing can come between them.
Until something does.
Demon breath. No, not the toothpaste-challenged kind. The Netherworld kind. The kind that really can kill you. Somehow the super-addictive substance has made its way to the human world. But how? Kaylee and Nash have to cut off the source and protect their friends—one of whom is already hooked.
And so is someone else…

So I would like to thank Jo for my birthday gift! and let's get onto the review. And to get it out of the way I would just like to say for the majority of this book I hated Nash. By the end I was starting to like him once's again, I know I am weak, but I do somewhat understand whats going on with him, and I hope in later books he continues to redem himself.
So this book we have our cast already established, its like seeing Ocean's Thirteen (one of my fav movie series) you already know everyone, a little refresher and your good to go. We have Kaylee our bean sidhe and she is just loveable maybe too loveable at times, she's an outcast at school with her best friend Emma. Emma is one of those characters who I don't know she's important but she seems pretty flat, but I had a friend like her, and so I really see Emma come to life, and for me it just ended badly. Next we have Nash Kaylee's boyfriend, the star of the high school. Think Troy from High School Musical . . . I know I do. Nash is also a Bean Sidhe. and when Kaylee starts screaming he's the only one who can sooth her. Tod is the great grim reaper. Who's funny and loveable and going through a hard time right now.
Good plot in true Rachel Vincent fashion. I love how great the plot is getting, for this series. I look forward to reading My Soul To Steal and If I die. I really hope Nash redeems himself for his actions in this book
